I returned the headset by mail and they claim they did not receive it. One of the headsets is broken.
BTW, I have also found the one I lost, so now I have two. This one works quite well. As to the cost, the shipping was expensive, but the unit was well priced. I was forced to return this item directly to cardo because of a defective battery. I purchased this headset because of two prior headsets I had from them which served my faithfully until I dropped one in water and lost the other one.
I was not pleased with the product because it didn't stand to the hype it promoted. I purchased this awhile back and it worked all of two months.
I highly reccommend this product, you won't be dissapointed. I've had several other bluetooth earpieces but none are comparable to the Scala 500. This is by far the best headset that I've ever owned. The talk time is outstanding and the fit is exceptional.
So far no complaints from the party on the opposite side. Jawbone went back two days after trying it out, by far the worst and most expensive. The sound quality I would rate as better than good but not excellent.
I have owned the Voyager 510 and have had it replaced countless times by the mfr, which btw good customer service on their part. Give this one a shot do not let the low price fool you. Their BTH however is horrible.
I have tried many different BTHs and so far this is by far the most impressive, specially considering the money. Fashion wise it may not be most alluring but I still feel comfortable wearing it. You will be surprised.
Voices on the end of the unit come in a bit high, but not disturbing. Ease of use is a easy.
